By placing an order on the NETtraders.co.uk website, you agree to be
bound by NETtraders Terms & Conditions set out below.
Contract for the Supply of Goods
The display of goods on the NETtraders.co.uk site amounts to an invitation
to treat only and is not an offer to sell goods at any price indicated.
No contract for the supply of goods will be deemed to exist between you
and NETtraders unless, and until, an email is sent by NETtraders.co.uk
to you confirming that your order has been shipped. You must check that
the details of your confirmation email are correct as soon as possible
and you should print out and keep a copy for your records. This confirmation
e-mail amounts to an acceptance by NETtraders.co.uk of your offer to
buy goods from NETtraders.co.uk and this acceptance is effective regardless
of whether or not you receive the e-mail.
NETtraders.co.uk is free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any
time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error
or inaccuracy in respect of the goods, any description applied to the
goods, the availability of the goods or the order itself.
Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
Processing of orders
NETtraders.co.uk aim to ship all in stock items within 24 hours of
receiving your order your order may be delayed if the item is not
in stock with our suppliers. We regret we are not able to supply
dates when our suppliers may get an item in stock. We will keep you
updated by E-mail as to the status of your order (unless you ask
us not to) Please note that your order may be sent to you in installments.
Payment
We accept a broad range of payment types
- including Visa, MasterCard, Switch, JCB. Your order will only be
processed subject to payment being
authorised. Please note that the payment transaction will take place
prior to delivery. NETtraders use World Pay for online credit and
debit clearing, in conjunction with the Royal Bank of Scotland. We are able to take payments by phone, fax or mail

Credit and debit cards are debited before items are shipped by NETtraders.co.uk
All prices include sales taxes (where applicable) unless otherwise
stated.
Shipments to your delivery address maybe subject to import duties and
taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such
additional charges to clear customs must be borne by you. You should
note that customs policies vary widely from country to country so we
advise that customers contact their local customs office for further
information. Note that international shipments are subject to opening
and inspection by customs authorities.
Our standard Returns Policy applies to all purchases from NETtraders.co.uk
Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you
ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity
to that stated on your order form, NETtraders.co.uk shall, at its own
option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any
damaged or defective goods, or refund you the amount you paid for the
goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify NETtraders.co.uk of the
problem in writing to service@NETtraders.co.uk within 7 days of delivery
of the goods. This policy however is subject to the following conditions:
As the customer you are responsible to write to us explaining your
dissatisfaction or description of damage/s.
2. Return to us any items within 14 days of delivery.
3. A valid receipt should be provided for the items
4. Items should be returned along with the original delivery note.
You are reminded of your responsibility to the items in your care
NETtraders cannot accept responsibility for damages of goods in your
care or in transit when sending back to us.

To make a return please fill out the back of your invoice / delivery
note, giving the reason for the return. Please return to NETtraders
at the address provided on the invoice.

and specifications are correct. All dimensions are approximate and
while we make every effort to reproduce colour accurately there may
be slight colour variations that occur.

for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information,
specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.
NETtraders.co.uk does not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential
loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to
property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the
use of the NETtraders.co.uk website or for any products purchased from
the NETtraders.co.uk website. NETtraders.co.uk will only be liable
for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product purchased
in respect of any claim.
Illegal Acts
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to
order. Anyone caught willfully entering an erroneous or fictitious
order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track
the electronic 'fingerprints' of every order placed on sendit.com to
enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities
to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.
Governing Law

Modification of Terms

without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed
to be effective from the date and time of posting on the NETtraders.co.uk

your confirmation email. They will supersede any other terms and conditions
